From the homepage: there some popular categories/pictures for you to click on to take you to that category.
Or you can press Products on the top menu bar, this will take you to the main Category page. Then click on the product you want.
You can enter relevant words into the search box on the top right and press search.
Each category takes you to a list of products with a small picture and a "Quick buy" link if you know that what you would like, or you can press "Details" to see more detailed information and a larger picture.
To select an item for purchase you use the "Quick Buy" button and then "Add to cart". On the Details page press "Add to Cart" button if you just want one or use the + and - buttons to change the quantity required and then press "Add to Cart". A pop up window will appear confirming your items have been added to the cart and then you can chose to "Checkout", "Continue Shopping" or "Edit Order".
You can delete items from your cart if you are not happy or have changed your mind but press the Dustbin icon. Your shopping cart will refresh showing you your new contents.
If it is empty it will say so, just press "Continue Shopping" to browse more items.
If you still have other items left in your cart these will be shown.
You can change the quantity of items in your cart, for example if you have 1 125ml Pencil Blend in your cart and you want 2 of them, then under the quantity column next to your item change the 1 to a 2 and then press "Update" and the cart will refresh showing 2 in the cart and the prices increase accordingly.
When you are happy with your item/s in your cart then press "Checkout" if you want to pay by Cred/Debit card or "Checkout with Paypal" if you want an express checkout using your exisitng Paypal account and you will be taken driectly to Paypal.
Check you cart details are correct and then press "Checkout" if you wish to pay securely by Credit / Debit card or "Checkout with Paypal" if you want an express checkout using your exisitng Paypal account and you will be taken driectly to Paypal.
You are then taken to a new page where you will need to select your Country and then enter your name and address details (the little stars indicates required information that needs to be filled in).
If you have any additional information - please enter in the box eg. if out leave with No.3.
If you would like us to remember your details for next time or check on your order, then feel free to open an account with using the "Creat an Account" button. This is entirely optional.
When completed press the "Checkout" button.
If there is more than one shipping option for your country then this will be shown on the next page (choose whichever you prefer and then press the "Checkout button" again).
You will be then taken to a secure payment page. You can choose your method of payment and follow the onscreen instructions to securely process your payment.
When completed, just press the "Return to merchant" button and you will be taken back to our shop and shown your order details. A copy of this will be sent via email but you can press "Printable version" button if you then wish to print a copy for yourself.
We will then contact you via email as your order progresses to let you know when your item/s have been shipped to you.
We offer 4 Royal Mail Services and 1 courier.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed for requires a signature on delivery and is usually next working day but not guaranteed. This gives us proof of posting and delivery, insurance and allows the use of Track and Trace on Royal Mail website.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Signed for requires a signature on delivery and is usually 2-3 working day but not guaranteed. This gives us proof of posting and delivery, unsrance and allows the use of Track and Trace on Royal Mail website.
Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery 1pm - Next working day before 1pm. Provides insurance and will require a signature on delivery. Excellent for urgent items.
Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery 9am - Next working day before 9am. Provides insurance and will require a signature on delivery. Excellent for very urgent items.
Next Day Courier service requires a signature on delivery and is guaranteed next working day delivery before 4pm. We have been using this courier for many years and find they offer a good service.
Recommended for large or heavy items or if you need it urgently.
We offer 1 International Postage/Shipping service
'Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed'. It requires a signature on delivery and allows the use of Track and Trace on the Royal Mail site, Delivery times are 3 to 5 days. For items under 2kg only.
For items over 2kg we offer an International courier service. Delivery times are 3 to 5 days and will require a signature on delivery.
We only charge VAT to relevant countries, all GBP £ prices shown include VAT. The guide prices for other currencies do not.
When you add items to your cart and press continue shopping, the small 'mini shopping cart' in the left hand column will show a running total, including an estimated postage/shipping cost, with VAT added.
When you 'Checkout' and select your country, the VAT will be deducted as applicable and the postage charges will be added for you.

We accept credit/debit card payments processed securely
via Paypal (UK and Worldwide) in GB Pounds (Stirling).
We accept Paypal account payments via Paypal Express also in GB Pounds (Stirling).
We only charge VAT to relevant countries, all GBP £ prices shown include VAT.
When you add items to your cart - the Shopping cart in the left hand column will show a running total,
excluding postage or shipping cost, with VAT added where applicable.
In the Shopping cart - you can select your country and press 'update totals' and the VAT will be deducted if applicable and your shipping estimate will be changed to reflect your country.
When you open your account with us/login in the shipping destination address is used
to work out if VAT will be deducted as applicable and the postage charges will be shown for you.

- so that if you come back in a day or two your cart contents will still be there and you can finish your purchase.
We also use another cookie for website statistics but it does not collect personal information.

Your product/s are normally dispatched within 1- 2 working days of cleared payment being received.
Working days are Mon-Fri excluding National Bank Holidays.
Cancellation of Orders
Order/s may be cancelled without giving a reason, within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Distance Selling Regulations 2000 - where a consumer cancels their order (within the 14 day period) a refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation provided - notification is received via email; all goods are returned in saleable condition and at your own expense.
Although we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit, if for some reason you obtain damaged product, please notify us within 1 day of receiving the package, and we will arrange for the return and replacement of the goods.

With regards to "faulty" goods, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (amended) established that the consumer is
allowed a reasonable time within which to reject the goods for a full refund.
All our products are quality checked before leaving us, if however you feel you have
received "faulty" goods, please notify us immediately and return them to us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a refund.

We will try to respond to all problems within 1 working day, to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
